In less than 4 months, we head away for our annual fitness retreat and every year it reminds us that this is about so much more than training.
It’s about movement, connection, adventure, recovery, laughter, challenge, and stepping away from the normal routine to recharge properly.
What started as an idea has become one of the biggest highlights of our year…and year 3 is going to be the best one yet.

For many people, getting their first pull-up is a huge long-term goal 💪
A big part of our programme is developing the strength, control, and consistency needed to get there. We include 2 focused pull-up sessions each week so we can gradually build volume over time—20 reps… 30 reps… 40 reps… and eventually 50+ reps across the week.
And once bodyweight pull-ups become consistent, the next challenge is adding load
