LOVED spending beautiful time with my amazing nieces and loads of other fam this week - and now I LOVE being back in my own creative space too! Anyone else relate to this happy mess? Should be a bar of chocolate in view too! Also times of huge overwhelm, lots of fear release, big shifts and simple, joyful moments. Huge emotion and grounded fun! All went into the mix! I had this lovely hour communing with the sea while everyone else went into town too! Sky and sea magic… and then a hilarious time trying to re-enact Titanic with my nieces and daughter on a paddle board - all standing up singing ‘my heart will go on’ with arms outstretched it harder than it looks… as is life with a really ‘healing in progress’ nervous system but… yeah, she’s wobbling and she’s falling off a lot but… she’s still laughing and singing!!!
