New Pilates Block starting next week!✨

Due to the success of Monday and Tuesday night classes (now fully booked), I’ve now added a Wednesday morning class!

Classes are challenging but open to all levels, with options and progressions to suit everyone — whether you're just starting out or looking to push yourself further.

Booking emails will be sent out this weekend, so please get in touch if you’d like more information or to secure your space.
