My name is Zoë. I am a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor, based in Boxmoor. I teach 1-1 equipmen Class information! These are courses of 6 and cost £60.
Beginners classes will be held at Felden Lodge on Saturdays at 9.30. Currently, my intermediate and Buff Bones classes are still on zoom. I am afraid that drop ins are not permitted as continuity is essential, for you and the others in the class. I like to keep classes small so there is never more than 10 people in a class so that you get the attention you deserve.

There is a tiktok trend where people go for walks without head phones, and for many people it's a new and revolutionary thing to hear their surroundings. When we got our pup I made a pledge to walk him without listening to music or podcasts (despite being obsessed with a certain genre of podcasts). I really love being present in the environment and being aware of what I see and hear.
This is also my thinking and problem solving time, being unplugged. We are constantly blocking out thoughts and over stimulation. So do you ever pause and unplug and enjoy the quiet of nature?

Raffle tickets for sale! I and some amazing local businesses are putting together a magnificent selection of prizes. Tickets are £1 each with all money raised going to the Red Cross.
