Somewhere around 2022 this day. One of countless private sessions. Alex went onto becoming World kata champion, European medallist, and British champion more time that I can mention. Sofia become 5x national kata champion, and counting. These things are not accomplished easily. There is no shortcut to experience, knowledge or wisdom.

I’ve posted this in 2016. It’s still relevant today, and our mindset has never changed 🔥
