I’m so tired of hearing people say you have to give up all the foods you love to get into shape. Seriously, let’s clear this up. If your idea of breakfast is four bags of crisps and a slab of chocolate… yeah, that’s gotta go. 😅

But if you’re eating a fairly normal diet with a few cheeky treats here and there, you don’t need to ditch everything you love. It’s about balance, not punishment. You might just need a little tweak here and there, and guess what?

Once you start your fitness journey, you’ll actually want to go for the healthier options because you’ll feel better for it. No crazy restrictions, just a good attitude and some smart swaps. Let’s make this a lifestyle, not a chore. 💪

Let’s talk about these Strawberry Yoghurt Frozen Clusters 🍓. Sweet, simple, and perfect for when those cravings hit.

Why they’re a winner:
Fresh strawberries for natural sweetness.
Chocolate that hits the right balance of sweet and rich.
Easy to make, even easier to enjoy.

How to whip them up:
1️⃣ Mix diced strawberries, Greek yoghurt, vanilla, and a touch of honey
2️⃣ Scoop into bite-sized clusters, freeze for 3 hours.
3️⃣ Dip in melted chocolate, sprinkle with flaky salt, and refreeze.

Top tip: Make sure they’re properly frozen before dipping for that perfect chocolate coat.
