Mum, Angela, Yvonne, myself and family would like to thank everyone who came to pay there respects to Clifford Howells/Dad yesterday. We were so humbled by the number of people who came to the church and wake. Was so nice to hear everyone’s memories and stories of dad. He will truly be missed by so many.
We would also like to specially thank the guard of honour and gun salute team who honoured dad at the church.
Also Glasbury Gun club who wrote such a beautiful poem that Steve Duggan read out at the Wake. It meant the world to the whole family.
Donations to cancer research have totalled £1280.

Update for travel to Dads funeral:
On Saturday there will be 2 mini buses running shuttles from the cattle barn up to llanveynoe church from 11.00 onwards for dads funeral. Can we ask anyone coming to the service to please use them rather than trying to park up at the church. If you could please share this with anyone you know who may be attending.

Parking/Transport for Clifford Howells funeral on Saturday.
Unfortunatly due to the bad weather the field next to the church is unavailable for parking. This seriously restricts parking numbers at the church, with just the yard to the left of the church being available. The Cattle barn, the venue for the wake which is a 5 min drive from the church, have generously offered for people to be able park at theirs prior to the funeral. We kindly ask if people could car share as much as possible up to the church from there, so we have as few vehicles up at the church as possible.
If there is anyone who would be willing to do a few shuttle runs to and from the Cattle barn if there is a group of you or large family attending, this would also be massively helpful. If anyone can share this amongst the shooting community that would be really helpful and help make things run smoother on the day.
