Starting from the very basics, Chris teaches every aspect of the business from the ground up, ensuring every student develops a genuine understanding of not just how to do something, but why it is done that way. This strong foundation helps create confident, well-rounded wrestlers with the skills to progress.

As a qualified fitness instructor and multiple-time British Champion, Chris combines years of in-ring experience with expert coaching, helping students improve their strength, fitness, confidence, and wrestling ability every step of the way.

Whether your dream is to wrestle in front of hundreds of fans, compete for championships, or simply challenge yourself with something new, PRIZE WRESTLING ACADEMY is the perfect place to begin your journey.

PRIZE WRESTLING is the home of Herefordshire Wrestling. Founded by local promoter Chris Royals, the promotion presents exciting live events across Herefordshire and Worcestershire, bringing world-class professional wrestling to local communities.

Expect an unforgettable night of action featuring some of the world's biggest wrestling stars, the very best talent from across the UK, former WWE, AEW and TNA stars, hard-hitting heavyweight battles, thrilling women's matches, breathtaking high-flying cruiserweights, and the finest home-grown talent Herefordshire has to offer.
