As we are looking ahead to March, I have opened up a few extra spaces for private 1:1 Reformer Pilates sessions.

If you are looking to recover from injuries, de stress, or create some additional muscle tone within the body- then these sessions are for you!

Each lesson will be tailored to your specific needs and goals to ensure you succeed ☺️

These spaces are limited but they are also DISCOUNTED. My aim is to make private Reformer Pilates as accessible as I can- so as many of you as possible can enjoy it and see the benefits ✨

I am offering:

5 week blocks at £40.00 (£8.00 per x1 hour session)

4 week block at £32.00 (£8.00 per x1 hour session)
