South Wye Ladies' Fitness Group

New gym floor finished today.

And we are sorted to go again….new floor down and ready for training.

Work is progressing. Old mats up and floor prepared for new sports flooring in the gym.

Just a reminder that the gym is shut on Saturday 28 March & 4 April.

This is to enable a new floor to be laid in the gym and some other works carried out.

The community centre has been very fortunate to be awarded funding so this, and other improvements, can be carried out.

The centre is very grateful to the UK Shared Prosperity Fund and Herefordshire Council for providing the very substantial funding.

The gym was extended a few years ago after it was awarded a substantial grant by Sport England.

Another grant has recently been awarded, which will enable the gym floor to be re-surfaced 

Boxing gloves can be borrowed for participation in a fitness session or alternatively can be purchased at a reduced price
