“What’s the best exercise to get rid of body fat?” 🤔

The answer might surprise you...

There isn’t one.

Not burpees.
Not running.
Not HIIT.
Not 10,000 steps.
Not that exercise your favourite influencer swears by.

Fat loss happens when your body consistently uses more energy than it takes in over time.

The best exercise for fat loss is the one you can actually stick to.

For some people that’s strength training.
For others it’s walking.
For many, it’s a combination of both.

The real secret isn’t finding the perfect workout...

It’s creating habits that fit around your life so you can stay consistent for months, not just a few weeks.

Because consistency beats intensity every single time. 💪

If you’re tired of guessing and want a simple plan that tells you exactly what to eat, what exercises to do, and how to fit it around a busy lifestyle, click the link in my bio and find out more about The Friendly Coaching Guy App.

Trying hard is not the problem.

Most women are trying bloody hard.

The problem is usually that their plan only works in perfect conditions.

And real life is very rarely perfect.

If your fat loss plan falls apart every time work gets busy, the kids kick off, your weekend gets social, or you have one stressful day and end up face-first in the biscuit cupboard, the issue isn’t you.

The issue is the system you’re trying to follow.

You don’t need to be perfect.

You need structure.

You need flexibility.

You need support.

And you need a plan that works around your actual life, not the fantasy version where you sleep eight hours, meal prep like a chef, and wake up excited to eat chicken and broccoli out of a sad little plastic tub.

That’s exactly what I’m building.

Early access is coming soon.

Your body probably isn’t broken.

And I mean that in the most hopeful way possible.

Yes, some women do have medical conditions that make fat loss harder — PCOS, thyroid issues, menopause, medication side effects, poor sleep, stress, and plenty more.

So no, this is not me saying “stop making excuses” like some topless bloke on TikTok eating chicken out of a lunchbox.

But for a lot of women, the reason fat loss hasn’t worked isn’t because their body is against them.

It’s because the plan was too extreme, too confusing, too restrictive, or just completely unrealistic for actual adult life.

⛔️ You don’t need to cut out bread.
⛔️ You don’t need to live on lettuce and sadness.
⛔️ You don’t need to train 6 days a week.
⛔️ You don’t need to start again every Monday.

For most people, progress starts with the boring basics:

✅Move more.
✅Eat a little bit less.
✅Get more protein in.
✅Be more consistent.
✅Stop trying to be perfect.

That should give you hope.

Because if your body isn’t broken, you don’t need a miracle.

You just need a plan you can actually stick to when work is manic, the kids are feral, the washing pile has become a structural feature of the house, and you’re knackered by 7pm.

Fat loss isn’t always easy.

But it can be a lot simpler than you’ve been made to believe.

And simple is usually where the magic starts.

💭 I’ve lost count of the number of women I’ve spoken to who genuinely believe they’re the problem.

They think they’re not disciplined enough.

They think they’re not motivated enough.

They think they’re not consistent enough.

But when you actually look at their lives... 👇

They’re juggling work 💼
Family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
Kids 🧸
Relationships ❤️
Social commitments 🥂

And somehow they’re still trying to find time to look after themselves.

They’re exhausted. 😮‍💨

Yet they keep blaming themselves for not getting the results they want.

The truth? 👇

Most women don’t need another diet. 🚫🥗

They don’t need another detox. 🚫🍵

And they certainly don’t need another fitness influencer telling them to “want it more.” 🙄

What they need is a simpler approach.

One that works around real life, not against it. 🤍

That’s exactly what I’ve been working on...

More soon. 👀✨

A few months ago I was in hospital having emergency bowel surgery.

And if I’m honest… I massively underestimated what came afterwards.

Not just physically.
Mentally.

When you’ve spent years training hard, building structure, routine, confidence and pride in yourself… losing that overnight does something to your head.

People see “12 weeks off training.”

What they don’t see is:

* feeling disconnected from yourself
* frustration at how weak you suddenly feel
* comparing yourself to the old you
* struggling to get momentum back
* pretending you’re fine when you actually feel miles away from yourself

The hardest bit hasn’t been the surgery.

It’s been learning to stop expecting the old version of me to still be there immediately afterwards.

Some sessions lately have felt great.
Others have felt like absolute rubbish.

But I’m showing up again.
And right now, that’s enough.

If you’ve ever fallen out of routine because of illness, stress, kids, work, anxiety or life in general…

You are not starting from scratch.
You’re rebuilding.

And there’s a difference.

Fitness has become so overcomplicated that most women now feel like they need a PhD in calories, hormones and bloody quantum physics before they can lose body fat 😅

Meanwhile I’m sat here like this 👇😂

Because honestly?

Most of the stuff that actually works is painfully simple.

Move more.
Train a few times a week.
Eat more protein.
Be more consistent.
Stop restarting every Monday.

That’s basically it 👊

But social media has women convinced they need:
❌ skinny coffees
❌ detox teas
❌ waist trainers
❌ 14-step morning routines
❌ to survive on 1200 calories and sadness

It’s nonsense.

And I think one of the biggest problems in fitness now is that women are overwhelmed before they’ve even started.

They’re already trying to juggle:
👉 work
👉 kids
👉 stress
👉 relationships
👉 keeping the house together
👉 remembering where they left their coffee for the 6th time ☕😂

They do NOT need fitness made more confusing.

They need somebody who can help simplify it.

That’s genuinely how I try to coach.

No extremes.
No stupid restrictions.
No trying to turn somebody’s life upside down overnight.

Just realistic structure that fits around actual human life ❤️

Because the women who get the best long-term results usually aren’t doing anything flashy…

They’re just doing the boring basics consistently enough for them to work 👊

"The fitness industry has been talking at women for decades. I decided to actually listen."

There is a version of the Confident Body Club that would have been easy to build.

A generic twelve week programme.
A meal plan.
A before and after testimonial on the landing page.

A promise that if you just follow the plan and stay disciplined you will get the result. Simple to package, simple to sell, completely indistinguishable from the hundreds of other things women in their 30s have already tried and already been let down by.

I did not build that.

What I built instead started with a question.

Not "what do women want to buy?" but "what do women actually need?" And then we listened.

The Confident Body Club is built around those women.

Around the reality of their lives — not some idealised version of it.

Around their energy levels and their hormones and their responsibilities and the fact that they do not have limitless time and motivation and that is not a character flaw, that is just being human.

It is online coaching at a price point that does not require you to choose between this and something else important. It is a real programme, real support, and a real person in your corner — not an algorithm and a PDF.

We have women inside right now who are showing up for themselves in ways they had not managed in years. Not because they suddenly found more willpower. Because they finally had the right support around them.

At the end of May — what we offer gets significantly better. Something we have been building for months is almost ready. And I cannot wait to show you what it looks like.

Follow this page. You do not want to miss what is coming.

Drop a comment below — tell me the one thing you wish your fitness routine actually had. I will reply to every single one.

"I'm a man who coaches women. Here's exactly why."
I know what you're thinking. And fair enough.

But hear me out.

My name is Sean. I work with women between 30 and 40 who are completely exhausted by the way the fitness industry speaks to them.

The crash diets. The before and afters. The "just push through it" mentality from coaches who have never actually listened.

I built something different. A coaching programme built around your real life — not some idealised version of it.

And at the end of May, something I have been working on for months is going live. Something I am genuinely proud of.

If this sounds like it might be for you — follow along. Something big is coming.

Drop a comment below if you are tired of fitness feeling like punishment. I read every single one.
