💪 From Zero to One Full Pull-Up! 💪
One of our amazing clients is on a mission: her first unassisted pull-up! 🚀 Right now, she’s working on hanging holds to build grip strength and shoulder stability.
Pull-up progress isn’t about skipping to the end — it’s about stacking wins along the way. Here’s the roadmap we’re using:
✅ Dead Hangs – build grip & shoulder stability
✅ Scapular Pulls – activate the right muscles
✅ Assisted Pull-Ups (band or machine) – practice the full motion
✅ Negative Pull-Ups – control on the way down
✅ …and then, the big milestone: 1 full pull-up! 🎉
Consistency + smart progressions = results.
