Self-defence, discipline, resilience, health and fitness are at the core of our teaching as well as our commitment to ensure our students thrive, achieve and enjoy their time as members of our club. Our team of excellent instructors (DBS checked and First Aid trained) follow these key principals to ensure all lessons are delivered with consistency.
