Working out at home!
Make use of the furniture, do a hand full of exercises, 25 minutes, job done.
Try out this chair workout utilising your body weight as resistance.
Exercises:
1. Chair Dips
2. Knee Pulls
3. Plank
4. Glute Bridge
5. Split Lunge
3-4 x 30-40 seconds with a 60-90 second rest at the end of each round of exercises.

This is what you call drastic weight loss. Shown on the graph is my weight tracked on the app since last July. Due to the nature of my training in 2021 my weight had already dropped around 3kg to 77-78kg before using Garmin. I then had ileoanal surgery at in which unfortunately didn’t go to plan and subsequently led to further major bowel surgery just 8 days later. The drastic reduction in weight was caused by initially not eating for days on end before being fed intravenously until I left hospital after nearly a month, and only having 1 metre of small bowel to use after being given a loop ileostomy. The latter is why my weight has stayed down in the high 60’s. My stoma has now been closed and I’m using my Jpouch. I’m also sporting a plethora of awesome scars! 🤘
