We have added a couple more women’s only sessions to our calendar!
3pm on a Saturday and Sunday, starting this weekend! (not Sunday this weekend only)
So now the sessions are: 5pm Tuesdays and Thursdays, 3pm Saturdays and Sundays ✌️🙆♀️
Nice to have the big bro in town and we had a top banana 🍌 day out at Rhaeadr Fawr in north Wales 💦🏴 A nice short hike and a swim 🏊 which was ideal considering it was sweltering.
Just in case you got lost in the metropolis of the hot place we now have signs. 🪧. Keep your eyes peeled for more improvements coming very soon …. .. .

Lovely day down the sauna, the weather was a bit on and off but we ended on a lovely sunset. Got some midday dog hangout aswell all in a all very chill 😎

We had the pleasure of a visit from Jack Lyons, a writer for the Wirral Globe who came and tried the sauna.
He’s written up a fantastic piece about our space and has really encapsulated exactly what we want our creation to be and we really do hope each and every person who comes down to the sauna feels the same.
These first few months since opening have honestly been amazing and for both of us it means so much to think we’ve facilitated the start of new friendships or even had just a slight positive impact on people’s life’s.
