Look Beyond the Spines 🦔 | Nature’s Powerful Lesson About Inclusion & Kindness

Are you planning to throw an old trampoline like this away? Please don't, because as part of simple productive activities and better mental health, in this video, I will show you how to convert an old trampoline into a greenhouse or butterfly habitat.

To stop its floor from bouncing, you need a raised, firm floor of wooden support underneath.

Here I will use a piece of recycled wooden fence and will fix wooden legs onto it to make it like a bench or table. For the legs, you can use old planks of recycled wood. Old tables or even wooden pallets can be used as well.

Once the wooden support floor is finished, raise the trampoline so that the wooden support can fit underneath.

Then you can move the recycled metal shelves and plant pots or boxes inside the trampoline.

You can then plant more plants and flowers as you wish using recycled plastic bags and previous metal hanging baskets.

Here I am using bunny food bags to line up the hanging baskets, and the soil I am using is mixed with manure from the bunnies.

Most of the items used in this video are recycled, which is one way of being kind to nature.

Feeling overwhelmed by the summer heat or the stresses of everyday life? Join me on a peaceful walk through a beautiful waggonway woodland beside a golden wheat field in North East England.

As we wander beneath the cool canopy of trees, discover the beauty of climbing plants, epiphytes, birdsong, and sunlight filtering through the leaves. Nature quietly teaches us that we all need one another—some provide strength, while others add beauty and life in different ways.

Research has shown that spending time in nature can help reduce stress, improve mood, and support better mental wellbeing. Whether you're looking for relaxation, mindfulness, or simply a peaceful escape, this woodland walk is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with the natural world.

If this video brings you peace, please Like, Subscribe, Comment, and Share to help others discover the healing power of nature.
