Yuve Yuve is one of our favourite RockFit tracks for the High Wycombe team 💜 it's fun, full of bird noises, great arm workout and fabulous when done in a circle too 😀

I also got to see Airbourne 🎸and The Darkness

Sadly, missed The Almighty due the horrendous traffic management, took me 3 hours to get in and 4 hours to get out !! Otherwise, fab day 👌

Class going ahead tonight Thursday 7.30pm-8.15pm 🤘😊💪💦

We'll take the intensity down due to the heat and take extra hydration breaks, plus I'll bring big fans for class! Bring water/juice/coconut water💧
