I definitely think there will be a significant need for Level 4 instructors to help those with long covid and the affects of this pandemic for years to come!
Makes the exercise instructor in me feel more should be done knowing how beneficial physical activity is for our health!

After enrolling on this course almost 2 years ago - I never thought I would see the day my certificate arrived!! 😊
The saga of being sent the wrong manual, questioned if I had my exercise referral to proceed, spending a weekend after we had just moved house (last summer) attending the course, awful formatting of the documents to complete my portfolio, submitting my work to find out....the company had gone bust!
Months of chasing and being redirected (and many angry emails and phone calls) I then had to get my work externally verified to prove I was competent and the last 5 weeks I’ve been chasing the piece of paper to confirm I survived it all and am I proud to say....
I now have another Level 4 specialism to my name for clients with obesity and diabetes - good timing given the course I’ve just written for work to launch in 2020! 🙃
☕️ Study shows UK adults spend an average of 4 hours and 37 minutes a week making tea, compared with 1 hour and 36 minutes being physically active. That’s roughly 40 minutes a day making tea and only 14 minutes being active. It translates to 240 hours a year (10 whole days) making tea and only 85 hours (3.5 whole days) being active!! ☕️
