🤎 My definition of Life Coaching 🤎

In my written exam with the wonderful (and life changing) Jay Shetty Certification School, I was asked to define what Life Coaching is. I stand by this definition now as much as I did then.

Not only can I be a light of direction & support for you as my client, but you are a blessing & a light for me too.

As your coach, I am neither higher or more powerful. We are equals. You have just as much power as I do. You are whole, complete, resourceful & I will show you every ounce of your greatness within as your coach.
