Learning correct technique will allow hitting heavier weight safely.
π§ I like to teach my clients how to lift with correct technique, giving them the confidence to train on their own.
πββοΈ I even make them pick up their own weights...not because I'm lazy but because I won't always be with them to hand them a heavy dumbell...
Here we have my client, achieving a couple of PBs...he has gone from deadlifting a 20kg bar with.... I'm sure he won't mind me saying...'shocking form' to to deadlifting 90kg!
There are still some tweaks to his form. We know what we need to work on, and consistency will take care of the rest ππΌπͺπΌ
We have also worked on his flexibility, core strength and he now moves with more confidence π
