A couple of visitors training tonight.
Paul [Steve sensei's old training and Embu partner] came up from Dover to train, and also we had two visitors from Amsterdam [Holland] branch at training.

The Luton branch (affiliated to Harrow branch and taught by Graham Cooper) has just started a short Shorinji Kempo self defence course for a group of local deaf children.
This is the true nature of Shorinji Kempo practice, passing your skills and knowledge on to all members of the community to enable them to improve themselves and therefore improve those around them.
