What an amazing day our Reign dancers had performing at the Mela Festival yesterday!

With an incredible 25,000 tickets sold, the atmosphere was absolutely amazing and it was such a special event for our dancers to be part of.

From getting interviewed by BBC Newsline, to stepping onto the main stage and performing, and then getting to relax, watch the rest of the show and simply enjoy the atmosphere together, it was such a special experience from start to finish.

These are the moments that make performing so much more than just the time spent on stage. Making memories, experiencing new cultures, supporting other performers and getting to enjoy it all alongside your dance family.

A huge thank you to SADA for once again giving our dancers such a wonderful opportunity, and to ArtsEkta for creating such an incredible festival celebrating culture, community and the arts.

A massive well done to Dance United on their fantastic performance too, and it was so lovely getting the chance to catch up with friends along the way.

We are so proud of our Reign girls. They performed beautifully, represented Reign brilliantly and, most importantly, had the BEST time doing it!

Our girls getting a very special private sneak preview of part of tomorrow’s show for the Mela Festival in Botanic Gardens during today’s tech rehearsal, where they’ll be performing as part of SADA.

Moments like this are exactly why we love what we do. Watching them laugh, dance, get completely stuck in and make memories together is so special.

Dance is about so much more than steps and performances. It’s about friendships, confidence, opportunities, experiences and having people beside you who become like family.

These girls are simply living their best lives with some of their best friends, and we couldn’t be prouder of them.

What an amazing evening at Earth Child!

We are so proud of our talented Reign dancers who had the incredible opportunity to perform as part of this spectacular show celebrating its 20th anniversary.

The whole event was absolutely amazing, bringing together performers, traditions and cultures in such a powerful and inspiring way.

A huge thank you to the South Asian Dance Academy (SADA) for inviting our girls to join you — we are so grateful for the opportunity and they loved every moment.

And a massive congratulations to ArtEkta and Fidget Feet for creating such a fantastic production and for bringing so many different cultures together through dance, music and performance.

What an experience for our girls and such a special event to be part of!

DWC 2026 – I Am A Good Girl (Showstopper Solo)

And last but certainly not least in our look back at an incredible Dance World Cup 2026 is Laura Patton with her Showstopper solo, I Am A Good Girl.

What a way to finish our DWC celebrations! Laura brought personality, confidence and performance to the world stage, giving it everything she had and showing exactly what a Showstopper is all about.

And what an incredible result – 7th in the world!

To finish 7th in the world amongst such talented performers is an amazing achievement and a result Laura should be extremely proud of.

Laura has worked so hard throughout this journey, and watching her step onto that stage representing Northern Ireland and Reign Academy was a very proud moment.

Laura, we are so proud of you and everything you achieved. You performed with confidence, gave it your all and finished off an unforgettable Dance World Cup experience for Reign on a high.

DWC 2026 – Dark Side (Acro Solo)

Holly Bleeks

Another of our Reign dancers taking to the Dance World Cup stage, this time Holly with her Acro solo, Dark Side.

This routine gave Holly the opportunity to show her strength, flexibility and acro skills while still bringing performance and emotion to the stage.

What makes this performance even more impressive is that Holly was carrying an injury, but she didn’t let it stop her. She went out, performed and gave it everything she had on one of the biggest dance stages in the world.

Competing at Dance World Cup is a huge achievement in itself, but showing that determination and commitment when things haven’t gone completely to plan makes us even prouder.

Holly, you represented Northern Ireland and Reign Academy brilliantly. You should be incredibly proud of yourself and everything you achieved.

DWC 2026 – Trouble (Senior Jazz Solo)

Another fantastic performance on the Dance World Cup stage, this time from Laura with her Senior Jazz solo, Trouble.

Laura brought confidence, style and personality to the stage, showing exactly why she belongs up there competing alongside dancers from around the world.

Senior sections at Dance World Cup are always incredibly competitive, and Laura went out, gave it everything she had and represented Northern Ireland and Reign Academy brilliantly.

Laura, we are so proud of the hard work and commitment you have shown throughout this journey. Stepping onto the world stage is an achievement in itself, and you should be incredibly proud of everything you accomplished.
