120lb dumbbells for a ride ( 55kg)

Need more size on top so that’s what the plan is.

Time to start getting abit more serious now about training and diets etc.
*Diet plan is sorted for a quick bulk. Aiming to gain a stone To 17.
*Sit at that weight and let my body adjust
*Diet then starts to see what muscle is built

Nothing wrong with going over your old photos and being proud of wha you have achieved!
Starting out a 9 stone 4
Heaviest I’ve on 17 stone
Sitting at an average I’ve 15 stone 10
Massive achievement

Benching a rough 220kg
Squating 260kg
Deadlifting 235kg ( many years ago haha)

My mindset tho took a massive kick in! Confidence was low. Anxiety was high. People saying how do you not have confidence look at you!.

So the past few years have all been about mental strength. Being more positive about things. Seeing the glass half full. Really focusing building on myself within. Still sitting at 15stone 10. Still not in bad shape even without training.

but all I can think now is....

Let’s see what can happen with I combined the 2 together.

When is your bulking season over?
Do yo dirty bulk or clean bulk?
The best bulking process that works for me is 4 weeks dirty bulk then 6 weeks prep diet with Sunday cheat meal n pudding 🤤🤤🤤
No better feeling or taste then eating food u have deprived urself of for a period of time! Sends tastes buds wind but send ur body into a fat burning craze!

Loving training at the moment! Gained Just over a stone already so think my body is loving being back again! Training with a different, positive and stronger mindset is the best thing I’ve ever achieved! 💪🏻 16st 2 and gaining.
