NEW DATE!
Chronically ill babes & spoonie sisters, unite!
We held our first event, in June, and following on from that, we are now bringing you our second event, on Tuesday 14th July.
Our group offers a gentle, affordable alternative to individual counselling. You'll receive professional support and share meaningful connections with women who get it - all within a calm, informal environment.
Whether you are currently navigating a diary full of appointments and “inconclusive” test results, or you’ve lived with your condition for so long you could write the medical textbook yourself…this space is for you, you don't need to navigate this path alone.
Come join us for 2 hours of:
* counsellor-led support,
* sharing information and tips with other women who get it,
* learning ways to manage your health and emotional well-being,
* as well as unlimited cuppas and biscuits!

We’ve been having a rather socially isolated bank holiday weekend. Unfortunately my son has caught chicken pox for the second time, we didn’t even know that was possible! I’ve spent lots of time colouring with my daughter and in some ways it’s been a little reminiscent of Covid lockdown (apart from the lack of sunshine)

Have you ever thought about starting therapy but felt too overwhelmed by the logistics of fitting it in to an already busy schedule? Online counselling might be the perfect fit for you. Whether you’re balancing your busy schedule or simply feel more at ease in your own space, professional support is now just a click away.
Here is why online therapy is changing the game:
• Your space and your rules: No stressful commutes or unfamiliar waiting rooms. Grab your favourite mug, find a quiet comfortable corner, and settle in.
• Ultimate flexibility: It’s much easier to fit a session into your lunch break or between school runs when travel time is zero.
• Consistency is key: Whether you’re travelling for work or feeling under the weather, you can stay connected to your progress without interruption.
• Total privacy: Access support discreetly from wherever you feel safest.
How it works:
It’s simpler than you think! All you need is a private space, a stable internet connection, and a laptop or smartphone.
I offer counselling over zoom, over the phone or live chat over WhatsApp. Send me a message or an email if you’re interested in knowing more.
