Adult Dance Classes at PAD NI, taught by our talented teacher, professional dancer and choreographer Sarah Flavelle.

Whether you’re completely new to dance, returning after a break, or simply looking for a fun new way to move, our adult classes are designed to be welcoming, relaxed and enjoyable.

Adult Beginner/Improver Ballet

Thursdays | 19:30-20:15 | Studio 1

Whether you’re taking your very first ballet class or returning after a break, this class offers a supportive and encouraging environment where you can learn at your own pace.

Develop your ballet technique, posture, strength and confidence while enjoying the artistry and movement of ballet.

No previous ballet experience required.

24th September – 15th October

Come along, have fun and discover the joy of dance!

Explore a mix of dance styles with fun, easy to follow choreography while developing confidence, coordination, strength and musicality.

This is a relaxed and welcoming class where you can dance, move, laugh and enjoy yourself. No previous dance experience necessary.

At PAD NI, we offer RAD Ballet training & Vocational Ballet training for dancers aged 3+, with classes designed to nurture technique, confidence and a love of dance.

A huge congratulations to our superstar PAD NI dancers who took their RAD Ballet Exams at the start of June! We received exceptional results - I’m one proud teacher! 🩰✨

HALF A DECADE OF PAD NI IN HOLYWOOD ✨

5 years since I opened the doors to PAD NI in Holywood… and honestly, I don’t know where those 5 years have gone. Time has absolutely flown, and what an incredible journey it has been.

I want to say the biggest thank you to each and every person who has stepped through the doors - you are the reason PAD NI exists and continues to grow every single day.

Over the last 5 years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching and guiding so many talented dancers through auditions and watching them go on to fulfil their dreams as professional dancers. But just as special has been watching little dancers step into a studio for the very first time, grow in confidence, fall in love with dance, and begin chasing dreams. Seeing those little dreams become a reality makes me the happiest teacher in the world!

Every single child at PAD NI means so much to me. I care for the students deeply and treat them as if they were my own. From day one, I wanted to create a place where everyone feels comfortable, supported, relaxed, and at home - and I hope that’s exactly what PAD NI has become.

I’ve met the most incredible people along the way, and it means more than you know that you continue to choose PAD NI.

A huge thank you to every teaching member, past and present. Seeing happy faces every week shows just how much the students adore your classes, and I’m so grateful for every one of you.

And finally… I’ve just signed a 10 YEAR lease - so it looks like I’ll be continuing to do what I love for a little while longer in Holywood!

I am absolutely thrilled to announce that PAD NI student Meghan McSorley auditioned and successfully gained places at the following prestigious Dance & Drama colleges: Italia Conti, Arts Ed, Guildford School of Acting (GSA), Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, Urdang Academy & Emildale.

We are so thrilled that Meghan will be taking her place to train at Guildford School of Acting (GSA) 🎭

Meghan has been a student of Miss Charlotte’s since she was just 7 years old (a whopping 11 years!). We couldn’t be prouder of your hard work and dedication, Meg - you truly deserve this!
