One of my favourite things about coaching is always getting to know the player
Cricket is always supposed to be fun and seeing people enjoy a sport that they love truly is one of the greatest things 🏏👍

Saturday Morning training 🏏

Placing one stump on the floor and get the player to work on their front foot and back foot shots by stepping over it or back from it
A very effective drill when it comes to finding the middle of the bat, working on head position and foot work 🏏

One of the best things about winter training is seeing how the bond between teammates starts to strengthen

Players finding their roles in teams and building on friendships is the best part about team sports 🏏

Fantastic group session tonight
Two key core principles in play tonight

For the bowlers, it was all about continuous energy through their action 🏏

For the batters it was all about finding the middle of the bat 🏏

Focusing on just one core principal really gives the players something to focus on and is very important in all stages of their development

Well done everyone 🏏👍
