▪️A W A R E N E S S▪️This exercise works on a number of things, hitting a small target, into fitness, reaching the end of a pass and making a quick decision to put the ball into the box. This is a perfect exercise if you are a fullback or a winger, wanting to improve your fitness both mentally and physically as well as decision making and timing of runs.
