From start to finish .cooke__ best look ever. It's a funny thing because a lot of people will attribute the results to "genetics" but truth is it's relentless hard work and dedication to the goal. It's easy to be presented with the start and the finish but completely miss the middle. Don't overlook the hard work it takes for these types of transformations to occur.

So this was the last check in we did with .cooke__ before his holiday. Truth is using a holiday as motivation to get into shape is great but there are many other reasons to start.

We took the stress out of diet and training as much as we could and got really good results. I feel it's very important to talk and listen to your client to find ways to make a diet work. It has to be sustainable and you have to get your client in the right headspace for eating, training and cardio.

The meals provided by .your.soul worked a treat and played a key role. It's a lot easier when the meals you eat make you feel like you're not dieting so go check them out!

As I said before it doesn't have to be a holiday it can just be a lifestyle thing but whatever it is....find your reason because truth be told...its worth it. πŸ’ͺ

⚠️Client Physique Update⚠️ 9 weeks to ensure we get it right! Few things to work on but so far I'm content with how is looking. More 1 to 1 sessions as we get closer to really make sure we hit everything right.

Been a few weeks now since came to to train and we've been doing a couple of 1 to 1 sessions per week. He's certainly improved since starting. So this is just a snapshot of where we are but we obviously will continue to grow and improve in all areas.

Are single sessions beneficial? Yeah if the trainer actually knows how to train people. There is no one size fits all style. Correct form is a must and you also have to be training at the required intensity to actually build good muscle. Winter is a perfect time to get them gainz ready for a summer shred. If you're struggling with a certain body part, If you're not enjoying your current training or feel like you're stood still then it's simple...message me, get booked in and let's get s**t done!

Eat right and train hard.

Working every day to get this kind of condition back but it will take time as well as dedication. Just because I feel good today doesn't mean I will tomorrow and that's when a lot fall off. Do it even when you don't wanna. Tick boxes. Every day better!

Getting on stage!...I will compete again but it will be in America πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡². Don't know when but its 100% gonna happen. This is from nearly 8 years ago now when all that mattered was food, gym, food, gym and food... and gym. It'll be fun to do it again. The basics stay the same no fancy s**t. The best thing is I don't have "yes people" around me. The aim?.... just be better and enjoy it.

while we are sandwiched between the natty comps this week I thought I'd show the awesome condition got into at just 20 years old! condition is important as is the amount of muscle you carry. This was Matts first ever time on stage and he nailed it against some very good lads! Good Times!

Big Ryan doing bits! We've done just over 10 weeks so far of diet and training. I've not restricted him to a bikini girl diet or had him doing more cardio than mo farah. He's lost A LOT of body fat and actually built muscle! Ryan had surgery on his chest last year and it was his most neglected body part so we focused on bringing it back to life and improving the shape....I think we've definitely done that.
BUT WE AINT DONE! We started this with no real end goal and just wanted to enjoy it...so far so good and now we carry on. You can really do a lot when you don't make excuses and just trust the plan.
