Staveley 10km Trail Run 2026.

First trail run completed ☑️

When my lovely client Rebecca Barr suggested doing a trail run local to her, I couldn’t pass up on it. Little did I know how hard I would find it. (Yes, even as a coach some things don’t come easy!! And running has always been one of those for me).

What a beautiful day, fantastic scenery, brilliant crowd and volunteers, & meeting some lovely people along the way.

Proud of my two clients pauline1982wilson & Rebecca Barr for tackling this one!

Rebecca Barr & I will soon be taking on the Great North Run to support Guide Dogs UK!

This woman right here surprises me week on week with her commitment and motivation. We’re constantly adding new goals, updating plans and staying focused. From hating running, to signing up to numerous races. She’s smashing it all.

Chicken and bacon salad wrap!

Remember my macros may be different to yours but this is a nice filling lunch that I threw together in a couple of minutes (chicken and bacon already cooked as part of my prep session!)
