The value of practice cannot be overestimated.
Try your best to hold your legs still to get the best swing possible. You should shift your weight with your legs for a more powerful swing. However, if your legs are moving too much or too quickly, you interfere with the speed of your swing. This can stop you from hitting the ball as far as you’d like.
