Basic Self Defence. Learn how to keep your hands up, cover yourself and hit impactful. It’s very important to learn how to get out of certain techniques but it doesn’t mean a lot if you can’t hold your hands, up so Practice with someone if you’re not getting yourself to a class.. have a great day!

Though done properly, it won’t.

But more importantly, real situations aren’t perfect.
Be mentally prepared take a knock.
The priority is getting home safe.

Confined spaces change everything.

On a packed bus or train you don’t have the luxury of stepping back, resetting your stance, or creating distance the way you would in a gym.

If someone tries to grab your clothing, the priority is simple: deal with the grab immediately, disrupt their balance, and create space to exit.

This is not about squaring up.
It’s about control and safe disengagement.

Always try to de-escalate,
the verbal game should be as good as your physical but whatever you do, train realistically.
