Tomorrow morning sees us take x2 age groups to newly promoted Premier League club Ipswich Town Football Club for fixtures. π

1v1 situations are a crucial element of our specialized coaching program. The goal is to help players apply their ball mastery skills effectively in 1v1 scenarios and small-sided games. π§
Football is often described as a "game within a game." While it's 11v11 on the pitch, only one player has the ball at any given moment, making the game a series of continuous 1v1 battles across the pitch. π€
By mastering the 1v1, players can gain greater control and influence over the entire game. πͺπ»

Ground moves are a key part of our training sessions, giving players the skills & techniques to beat opponents in matches, but also to develop a sense of self-assurance in their overall game. π
Our ground moves teach our players how to manipulate the ball under pressure & create space for themselves or teammates. Consistently practicing these moves in a training environment allows players to build muscle memory & instinct, so they can confidently apply them in match situations. β½οΈπ₯

As players progress through the age ranges, and physicality has levelled itself out, technical ability will become the distinguishing factor between average and top-tier players. β½οΈ
Focusing on technical ability at a π¬π’π¨π‘π age equips players with the tools they need to excel. This will now be second nature for these players due to the hours of repetition and good habits formed from the early ages. π₯
