Even in the middle of preparing for our Bollywood performances, we couldn’t resist bringing the World Cup energy.

At Dance To Inspire, we’re love to celebrate different cultures in our Zumba classes, embracing diversity, and creating moments where everyone feels connected through movement. So today we brought it to our Bollywood rehearsal too.

A glimpse into one of our most powerful pieces for Yatra our theatre show in July.

This isn’t just choreography. It’s a conversation. It’s a journey.

A story of expectations, judgement, pressure, and the voices women hear throughout their lives.

Our women’s team have been digging deep into their own experiences to help shape this piece, making it personal, honest, and real.

Still a work in progress, but already giving us goosebumps. ❤️

We don’t just dance we aim to transform lives.

This is what excellence looks like before the spotlight. 🎭

This Sunday, our Intermediate and Advanced Dance To Inspire performers take to the iconic Indigo at The O2 for the SECOND year running — a stage we’ve won our place to perform through dedication to our art, passion and hard work.

As the only Indian dance company bringing South Asian culture and Indian heritage to this stage, we don’t take this opportunity lightly. We carry our culture with pride, while pushing boundaries and creating performances that celebrate where we come from and where we’re going.

And trust us… we’ve got a few surprises in store. 👀✨ we pride ourselves on bringing the best fusions.

At Dance To Inspire, our students get world-class opportunities. From London to Las Vegas, we’re committed to giving our dancers experiences that build confidence, create memories for life and inspire greatness.

Watching these dancers grow and transform, challenge themselves to step onto stages like this makes every rehearsal worth it. We couldn’t be prouder.

Last night was incredible our third MJ event in Trafalgar Square and the timing was perfect to show unity!!

In the rain, people came with umbrellas, danced away, sang, cried, held hands… all ages all backgrounds this was so emotional and powerful 🙏🏽

This is why we do it. To bring people together, share love and peace through music and dance and what better music than Michael Jackson ❤️

For a few magical minutes in Trafalgar Square, age disappeared. Backgrounds disappeared. Differences disappeared.

Strangers became one as together we sang Man in the Mirror.

A song that reminds us that the change we want to see in the world begins with us.

One person.
One choice.
One act of kindness.
One reflection in the mirror.

There was something extraordinary in the air, a feeling of love, peace, connection, and healing.

It wasn’t just singing.

It was joy.
It was hope.
It was hearts beating as one creating an incredible coherence.

The kind of moment that reminds you what humanity can be when we come together.

That feeling stayed with me for days afterward, a deep sense of happiness, connection, and togetherness that is difficult to put into words.

And this Saturday, we’re doing it all again.
