From 155 kg to 144 kg.

I started this journey when I went to Thailand, with one simple goal: change my life and push myself harder than ever. Those weeks of training showed me something important having a goal changes everything. It gives every workout, every drop of sweat, and every sacrifice a purpose.

Now I’m back in the UK, and the mission continues. I still have 20 kg to lose, and I’m not stopping until I get there. This isn’t just about weight anymore it’s about discipline, consistency, and becoming the strongest version of myself.

Every day is another step forward. 💪🔥

I started this journey at 155 kg with one clear mission: lose 15 kg before leaving Thailand.

Every day was a battle. Training while my body felt heavy, tired, and sometimes like it couldn’t go on. There were rounds where I felt like stopping, where the fatigue hit hard and my mind kept asking if I could really finish.

But I had a mission.

I pushed through five rounds of three minutes each, day after day, wearing a sauna suit that felt like training in 60°C heat. Sweat pouring, lungs burning, legs heavy but quitting was never an option.

It wasn’t pretty. It wasn’t easy. But I kept showing up and pushing through every round.

This journey wasn’t just about losing weight.
It was about discipline, resilience, and proving to myself that I can keep going even when it’s hard.

From 155 kg… and the mission continues. 🔥🥊

Back in Phuket this week training at Phuket Muay Thai Gym 🇹🇭🥊

This place means a lot to me because it’s where my journey really started. I first came here with one goal to lose as much weight as I could and change my life through Muay Thai.

Now I’m back for a week of training with couple of my students. Full circle moment. Grateful to be here, learning, improving and pushing limits every day.
