I went back to the same Muay thai Gym in Phuket two years later in Jan 2026. This time I performed better but these trainers still managed to make it intense! Trained under the instruction of Sor Dejdamrong, Thailand's first ever MMA champion.

Thinon, at 4 years old, just had his first karate lesson today, with his Sensei and dad. He has done very well to learn the basic punches! Oss!
