Amy G - Pilates & FitSteps instructor Modern Pilates teacher, Dance & Fitsteps instructor. Visit www.godsmark.co.uk/fitness Amy is a Modern Pilates (level 3) instructor teaching group & 1:1 sessions.

She trained with The Professional Fitness & Education in 2012. Modern Pilates is remedial and can improve your posture, balance core and back strength. Amy has also been teaching Aerobics since she did her Exercise to Music qualification in 2007, she now teaches dance in Schools and Fitsteps! The Strictly Come Dancing themed dance class for adults who love to watch the show and give it a go! She is also level 3 qualified in teaching exercise to the older adult and is working towards her level 3 in teaching exercise to Pre & Post Natal clients. FitSteps Classes:- Mondays at 6pm at The Welcome Hall, Ilkeston & Wednesdays at 10am at Ebenezer Church Hall, Heanor Road. Both £4. Pilates Classes:- Tuesdays at 6pm at St Thomas Church Hall, Regent Street and Thursdays at 8pm on at Ebenezer Church Hall, Heanor Road. Please visit www.godsmark.co.uk/fitness for more information.

This may cause problems getting to classes this week if you’re coming from Ilkeston way 😵‍💫😩 you can get round the diversion but it is a bit of a long way round - good luck!!! 🙏🏻😑

‼️No Pilates class this morning at Trowell‼️

😞 so sorry but I’m still struggling with my ear trouble.

Gemma is covering Strength & balance at 11.30am but is unable to cover Pilates.

Classes this week are:-

🎉Tuesday 10-11am dance at Eastwood and Pilates at 6pm at Trowell Parish hall (covered by Lise)

💪🏻 Wednesday 12-1 Strength & balance at The Shed in Beeston

🧘‍♀️Thursday 10-11am Pilates & 11.30-12.30 💪🏻Strength & balance at Trowell Parish hall.

All welcome 🤗

All classes back to normal next week (except on bank holiday Monday when there are no classes)
