Wow!!! My sincere apologies to anyone claiming their free Tarot reading over the last week via the form! Unfortunately they have only just this morning come through to me, and now I find I have over 100 readings to do, with many of you having already waited a week!!

I am SO sorry, but I do not want to rush your readings... I know how important it is for me to focus completely and get the right interpretations for you all, so PLEASE bear with me for a few more days!!!

I shall be asking the Tarot your questions in the order you came through to me, and I am hoping with a good wind behind me, (and some Weetabix for breakfast! lol) I can get back to everyone by the end of the Easter holidays!!

Tonight I am feeling incredibly honored.. I did a reading for someone the other side of the world, but through the power of the cards I feel very connected to her and her world...
I knew only 2 things about her (and for the sake of confidentiality I am not going to specify what they were). but the cards knew FAR more than I did, and they hit the spot for her, gave her comfort and solace in a difficult time.

The more I work with (what on the face of it is just a very old card game!!) the more I question the guiding hands out there in the Universe, willing us forward. Wanting to help us to be the best versions of ourselves we can be.

I feel very blessed to be able to study and use the power of the Tarot.

For me he sums up a New Year... here he is, striding out into new adventures... full of confidence and joy!

So here we have someone who had some big changes in their lives last year, the death of a parent followed by a major job change... and the cards reflected this... (how do they just KNOW???!!) but the cards are telling them that all will be well.. there will be a change in their financial situation, and they will gain emotional freedom... they advised them to look out for light bulb moment, to be open to new ideas and concepts that will help them on their path... and the lesson the Universe will be offering them in the coming year will be to follow new pathways, to stride out confidently, not naively, with hope and optimism...their overall direction? Towards financial security, knowledge and personal power.

So, here we have a New Year spread.. and this one's a corker! This client has had an interesting year in 2022.. new beginnings, gaining experience, a few bumps in the road, but looking froward to a bright future... and the coming year is going to be more of the same, but with oomph health wise, towards the most important lesson, The Empress tells her that she is nurturing great things, both creativity and relationships and that she is heading for success... how lovely!!

So, this morning I should have been out of the door an hour earlier, but "something" told me to sit down with a nice cup of coffee and log onto Facebook before I left.. and the first post that popped up in my notifications was someone asking if anyone could do a reading for her.. her father had died suddenly just 6 days ago, and she needed to know if he was OK.. and indeed if she would be OK.. because right then she was drowning in grief. It had literally only just been posted when I saw it... within just 2 minutes my Zoom was up and running and I was doing a reading for her..

Of course we all know she will be OK (in time) and she knew that deep down too already, so we asked the cards a variation of that question.. "What do I need to know about this journey of grief I am on"..

Her cards were SO lovely, by which I mean they acknowledged her reality, that when a parent dies, there is just so much stuff to do! That it feels like a never ending process and it can be hard to make headway.. but in time (and often sooner than we think) your energy does change, and we can start living again... but that this journey's end for her will be transformational, she will come out of it with new concepts, wisdom beyond measure, and a with deep inner guidance that she can use to help others in this life too...

This lady is a palliative care nurse. The cards today explained to her the last gift her father has given her in this life, and that she will be sharing that gift until her time comes too.

Before our reading she was beside herself and she couldn't feel her father with her... by the end she knew he had been there all along... and he always will be.

That's why I love the Tarot.

This quote from "A Course in Miracles" is incredibly powerful but also I think takes a bit of explanation! So, here goes...

When a thing happens we make our own sense of it... and in doing so, we so often attribute meanings and intentions that are WAY off the mark! Our hurt, anger and upset then come from the meaning we have given the "thing".. and so often we are way off the mark! In realizing this small but important fact we can start to untangle it, and forgiveness can follow .. easily and painlessly...

An example for illumination... your partner cheats on you. You feel hurt, betrayed. You scream at the universe, "How could he DO this to me? How could he belittle me in front of all of my friends and make me look like an idiot!!".. The truth of the matter is he wasn't thinking and therefor doing ANY of those things! If he was thinking anything at all it would have only been himself! By realizing that it's your own sense of what has happened which is causing you the most pain, you can start to let go, and forgive. (whether or not you choose to stay with the guy is a completely different story!!! Important fact.. forgiveness is never saying what you did was OK!! It's simply choosing to let the anger and the hurt go...)
