FEELING TIRED, STRESSED OR JUST IN NEED OF SOME TIME FOR YOU?
In a world that's constantly asking us to do more, sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply stop and receive.
This Sunday, give yourself one precious hour to switch off from the noise and reconnect with yourself.
My Stretch & Sound Bath is designed to help you:
πΏ Release stress and tension from the body πΏ Calm a busy, overactive mind πΏ Reduce feelings of overwhelm and anxiety πΏ Improve relaxation and sleep πΏ Create a sense of inner peace and balance πΏ Leave feeling lighter, grounded and refreshed.
We'll begin with gentle stretching and calming breathwork before you settle down and allow the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, tibetan bowls, gong, ocean drum and chimes to wash over you.
Many people tell me they leave feeling deeply relaxed, as though they've had hours of rest in just one session.

Gratitude changes everything
It's so easy to spend our time wishing for the next thing......The bigger house. The better body. The perfect relationship. More money. More time.
But sometimes the secret to feeling happier isn't getting more, it's noticing what we already have.
Today, I took a moment to appreciate the simple things: a body that lets me move, fresh air in my lungs, food on my table, people who care about me, and another day to do something I love.
When we're constantly focused on what's missing, we miss the beauty of what's already here.
Of course it's okay to have goals and dreams, but don't let them stop you from appreciating the life you're living right now.
Take a moment today and ask yourself:
π What do I already have that I once wished for? 𧑠What simple thing can I be grateful for today?
Gratitude doesn't make life perfect, but it does make life feel richer.

A GIFT OF STILLNESS FOR YOUR MIND, BODY & SOUL
In a world that never seems to stop, when was the last time you truly allowed yourself to rest?
Not scrolling. Not rushing. Not thinking about what needs done next...Just being.
So many of us spend our days caring for others, carrying responsibilities, and pushing through exhaustion. We tell ourselves we'll slow down soon, yet somehow "soon" never arrives.
This is your invitation to step away from the noise and give yourself something precious...
An hour just for you.
Join me for a nurturing afternoon of gentle stretching, calming breathwork and a deeply immersive sound bath experience, carefully created to help you release tension, quiet a busy mind and reconnect with yourself. As the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, chimes and drums wash over you, allow yourself to simply let go.
Imagine leaving feeling...
πΏ Peaceful and calm
πΏ Grounded and centred
πΏ Lighter in body and mind
πΏ Rested, restored and renewed
No experience is needed. No pressure. No expectations.
Just a warm, welcoming space where you can breathe deeply, soften, and receive the rest you may not even realise you need.

MONDAY MOTIVATION
Exercise has been one of the constants in my life through good times and challenging times.
It doesn't solve every problem, but it helps me cope with them better. When I'm feeling stressed, overwhelmed, tired, or lacking motivation, movement helps me reconnect with myself. It lifts my mood, clears my mind, boosts my energy, and reminds me how strong I really am.
At 50, I don't exercise to punish my body. I exercise because I'm grateful for it. I want to stay strong, mobile, independent and able to enjoy life for as long as possible.
No matter where you're starting from today, remember that every walk, stretch, class or workout counts. Small steps really do add up.
Have a wonderful Monday. ππ§‘

One of my closest friends posts.....as women of a certain age we are all feeling the struggle....lets help eachother.
Proud of you Laura Daniel for sharing....
"Not one for exercise or long posts but... lately Iβve been reflecting a bit more as I get older. I am not ashamed to say that Iβve struggled at times navigating menopause and trying to recognise the person looking back at me in the mirror. Between the hormonal rollercoasters and moments when you feel knocked downβ¦ itβs easy to lose your confidence along the way.
Iβm learning that finding my way back slowly is ok. For me, that has meant looking at what I eat and finding an exercise routine I enjoy. Itβs helping me find my confidence again π (and the added bonus of losing a stone βοΈ).
So to anyone else out there who is feeling a bit exhausted or stuck just now: please remember that it is completely ok not to be ok sometimes. Remember how strong you can be. Surround yourself with the right people, the ones who are there to help build you up again π₯°π₯°

What is everyone doing today?
I was up at 6 and took Dudley a walk round Whin Park, then spent 2 hours out on the canal rowing in near perfect conditions. I'm attending a Drum journey and soundbath this afternoon which I'm really looking forward to, then having my favourite meal olives for my dinner tonight whilst I continue binge watching Yellowstone. My perfect little Sunday π§‘π

π§οΈ Good Morning & Happy Saturday πΏ
It's one of those grey, rainy mornings where the temptation to stay under the duvet is very real! βπ
But sometimes the best thing we can do for ourselves both physically and mentally is move our bodies, stretch out the stiffness, and create a little energy from within rather than waiting for the sunshine to do it for us.
I'll be teaching Step n Stretch this morning at 9.30am, and I know everyone who comes along will leave feeling energised, lighter, and brighter than when they arrived.
Whatever you're doing today, be kind to yourself, move a little, breathe deeply, and find your own sunshine. βοΈ
Love, Miss Motivator ππ§‘
