No kids classes on 10 & 17th July.
No Adult classes between 27th July and 7th August inclusive.

Congratulations to all the successful Kyu grade candidates at last night’s grading in Dunbeg.
Katana Karate is a new club, lead by Sensei Alex Fenyes.
Great standard and enthusiasm shown by all.

On Friday we had the pleasure of training with Watanabe Sensei. A big thank you to Inverness Karate Academy for bringing a first class JKS instructor to Inverness. We all had a fantastic time and appreciated the dynamic training Sensei had imparted to us.

A massive thank you and well done to everyone who took part in yesterday’s WUKF Scottish Open in Dundee.
Great teamwork and spirit shown across the board and the results speak for themselves- continued progress once again.
Special shout out to Harvey’s successful debut on the mats and to all our coaches who not only looked after our team but also stepped onto the mat.
Our very own ‘McPowell’ won the Vets Sanbon.
It was also the first time for our Oban colleagues to be part of Team HKA and you fitted right in!
