The Felixstowe council,in their wisdom,are apparently going to stop bikes parking opposite the Fludyers, to allow more parking for cars!

Less than 24 hours for the Bacon butty campers,next,jaunt to Thetford, looking forward to seeing you all..

Hi to all,club members and followers, not a lot to report,there have been various meets,and rideouts recently, we did the Anglia 250 ride,on a fairly hot day, a bit uncomfortable, but enjoyable, we were split into 5 group,I was hoping to chat to some,but we hardly saw each other! Nevermind.
Personally, we've been swimming at Felixstowe, rides to Orford, Great Bentley mc meet,every Wednesday if you're interested, Manningtree, a couple of times, and short rides including a coffee stop at languard cafe, but mainly, staying local,cycling, as it's been a bit 🔥 hot,eh?and we've got a lot more,so it's summer jackets,
Light jeans,plus boots,gloves and
a helmet ,plenty of hydration,very important!
I've just invested in these air vent style,seat covers,very difficult to fit,but they're great,i packed them up initially to send them back as I couldn't lock the rear seat down, but eventually used another set from a well known online,shop,and it fitted,so using one of each,ps I was going to be charged £40 to send this back to the USA,more than half,of the cost to buy,apparently Mr Trump,is the instigator of these hefty import tariffs. Grrrr!

Welcome to our new followers, just a quick one, one of our members, Martin F, organised and took i think 36 members on the 2nd Anglia 250 ,bike tour, 2026, on an amazing, and a bit hot, ride,around the Suffolk and Norfolk countryside, left from our clubhouse at 8 ish,split into 5 groups,with ride leaders,and tecs,
A long day but,I'm pleased I did it.
Looking forward to next year's ride.
