She runs a weekly class, for 6-11 year olds, every Thursday 4pm at Partyman World, Ipswich

It's a 1 hour class which includes Zumba Kids routines, fun fitness games & engaging activities, as well as learning about the benefits of healthy eating & leading an active lifestyle!

Just £5 per child & includes 2 hours of free Partyman soft play to follow!

Last Saturday I went to visit some of the children at L.E.A.P.S - LEARN ENGAGE ASPIRE PLAY SUPPORT. What a fun time we had, being ourselves, enjoying the music, moving & expressing ourselves however we want to.

LEAPS offers opportunities & supports several children & teenagers with various additional needs, including Autism & ADHD.

The kids who attend are able to be themselves in this fun & safe environment, without any fear of judgement or pressure to "fit in".

As well as supporting the kids, LEAPS also provides an opportunity for parents/guardians to meet other parents/guardians of kids with additional needs, whilst also providing respite & valuable time to give to other siblings.

These are just some of the wonderful children that WE, YOU & I will be supporting through our SHAKE BAKE DONATE this year.

Get your £5 tickets in class or message us to book, to Zumba! Supporters also welcome to come enjoy the atmosphere & donate. Of course we need bakers & everyone to eat cake too! Support LEAPS any way which you can. Thank you x
