Last Thursday we had the pleasure of welcoming Delene Adams Photography to our session to take some photos of the girls in action. We couldn’t be happier that Delene was able to capture the vibe that the girls generate each and every session.

⚽️⚽️ FOOTBALL FOR BEGINNERS ⚽️⚽️

Hi all,

In the coming weeks I shall be running a newly formed football coaching session entirely aimed at young people with no football experience and in particular, those that may suffer from low confidence, nervousness and/or anxiety.

It will be capped at 6 attendees to ensure maximum guidance and support can be given in what can often be an intimidating situation for beginners and those that do not feel comfortable in larger groups.

So, if your child, relative or anybody that you know is someone that would like to train once a week but hasn’t quite built up the confidence to yet do so, please get in contact with me for more details.

Hi all. Starting from Thursday 11th December I will be running a weekly girls football coaching session in Ipswich for girls in school years 7-11. This will run between 5pm - 6pm at Gainsborough Sports Centre on the floodlit all weather surface.

I'd be really grateful if you can share the following -

**UPDATE**
As some of you will know, 10 weeks ago I suffered an achilles rupture which unfortunately meant I was unable to do any coaching over this period. This was both hugely disappointing and frustrating as I was working with some fabulous young people.
The good news is, is that I am back. Not quite ready for 121 coaching however as of next Thursday 11th December 2025 I will be running the first of what will be weekly sessions for girls who are in Years 7-11.

The sessions will be held at Gainsborough Sports Centre between 5pm - 6pm. Please get in touch ASAP if you have an interest in this, I am limiting places to ensure maximum benefit to those attending.
