⚽️ U10 🟡 LEAGUE GAME ⚽️

Clark Drive Girls U10 Yellows put on a masterclass under the lights on Friday night.

What an extraordinary night of football at The Circuit in Irvine. The Clark Drive Girls U10 Yellows delivered without a doubt their best performance to date against a spirited Dean Thistle side.

From the very first whistle, the Yellows set the tempo with crisp passing, tireless energy, and relentless attacking intent. The goals flowed from all over the pitch, showcasing both impressive individual brilliance and sweeping team moves that had been practiced on the training ground.

Friday was full of unforgettable milestones:

A huge milestone moment as some of our girls netted their very first goals in the Clark Drive colours, brilliant to see.

Goals coming directly from set pieces is something coaches were very pleased to see 😁

Debutant Iona slotted into the team so seamlessly that you would think she’s been playing with this group for years!

Every single girl was asked to try out a variety of different positions on the pitch, and every single one of them rose to the task with complete confidence and enthusiasm.
The development, spirit, and sheer joy on display was second to none.

The coaches are massively proud of every single player who stepped onto the pitch at The Circuit.

⚽️ U12 ⚪️ LEAGUE GAME ⚽️

The girls had an early kick-off away to Cumnock on Sunday, and they certainly had to work hard in what was a very physical game — something they aren’t normally used to.

With a small squad available, we asked the girls to dig deep, keep going and give everything they had… and they certainly delivered!

There were brilliant performances all over the park, and it was incredibly hard to pick a Player of the Match. However, the referee selected Freya for her hard work and determination in the middle of the park.

Well done, Freya! 👏🏻👏🏻

A fantastic team performance from the girls, especially considering this was our first game in 5 weeks. They showed great character, determination and teamwork from start to finish.

Well done, girls — you should all be very proud!

⚽️ U7 FESTIVAL ⚽️

What a great Sunday morning for the girls at the Fun 4s Tournament at Kilwinning Football Academy! 👏

It’s fantastic to see just how much the girls are continuing to improve week on week. So many great goals, brilliant skills and some lovely passing and teamwork on show this morning. ⚽️🙌

Even better than that is seeing the girls really starting to come together as a team. The friendships are getting stronger, they’re encouraging each other and, most importantly, they’re having lots of fun together while learning and developing.

A brilliant effort from all the girls — plenty to be proud of! 💙👏

Well done, girls! 🌟

Our U12 🔴 got the fantastic opportunity on Sunday to head along to Firhill and be ball girls for the Partick Thistle Ladies team! 🖤❤️

Our girls may have got absolutely soaked to the skin, but they absolutely loved every minute of it!

It was a great game to be part of too, with Partick Thistle going 2-0 down before making an incredible comeback to win 3-2! 👏🏼

The girls must have been their lucky charm 😂 Or perhaps the players just loved seeing the impressive dance moves from the girls every time Partick Thistle scored! 💃🙈

The highlight of the day for the girls was definitely meeting TikTok sensation Morgan Hay! 😂

A massive thank you to Eva’s dad, Craig, for organising the day for the girls and giving them such a brilliant experience. ⚽️👏🏼

⚽️ U10 🟡 LEAGUE GAME ⚽️

Yellows were in action at a rain soaked Irvine Sports Club on Sunday.

Ayr United have a well ordered side who challenged our defence early while the girls switched on. Plenty of defensive play and covering runs meant we used our bench to the full.

Flurry of set piece plays in the second half gave our girls great experience of challenges these present. Tough conditions underfoot and torrential rain took their toll, but the girls battled hard as they always do, the Clark Drive Way 💙

Debut for captain Hannah after smashing it in training through the week with great communication and encouragement for the whole team.

Big thanks to Ellie for helping out between the sticks, busy shift for her, but she dealt with it so well.

Plenty to take forward into next fixtures and training, including working out how to change the weather 😁😂
