A very special morning at the Royal Opera House with some of my wonderful Silver Swans. 🩰🦢

We had the most incredible backstage tour and got a fascinating glimpse into everything that goes on behind the scenes to create the magic.

We were so lucky to witness a complete set change in action, absolutely incredible!

And then, the most amazing treat of all… seeing Royal Ballet Principal Dancer Sarah Lamb rehearsing.

Such a special experience to share with my Silver Swans. 🦢

Happy Friday! Another lovely week at BBL 🤍

One of the things I love about teaching is getting to know the little things. I can see when you’re ready for a challenge, and I can see when you need me to give you space to move gently.

Some days you feel strong. Some days you arrive tired and do what you can. I’m glad you came on both kinds of day.

Showing up for yourself is always something to be proud of ❤️

Our community board is filling up with so many lovely faces and smiles ☺️

We may have forgotten to photograph a couple of classes …. and Pilates is still missing but we’re working on it!
Speaking of Pilates… it’s returning in October, and I can already see the bookings coming in.
