Many young players who still love the game simply stop playing because they don't know what opportunities are available next.

At Isleworthians Youth FC, we're providing a pathway for players who want to continue competing, developing, staying fit and enjoying organised football with their mates.

Isleworthians Youth vs Whitton Wanderers ⚽️

Our final game of the season ended in defeat, but today the result really didn’t matter. The boys played with their hearts on their sleeves and, most importantly, enjoyed themselves right until the final whistle 👏

A big well done to Vinnie for getting on the scoresheet, and an even bigger moment for Niko, who came out from goal to score his first ever goal for the club! 🙌⚽️🧤

Cris was a very well-deserved Man of the Match today. He never stopped working, battled brilliantly all game and was strong both on and off the ball 💪🏆

Boys, what a season it’s been. We went toe-to-toe in the title race and pushed it all the way until the closing stages of the season. To finish 4th and level on points with 3rd place is something to be proud of, and every single player has played their part in that achievement.

It’s been an absolute pleasure watching your progress week in, week out, and seeing the effort, teamwork and determination you’ve shown throughout the season. It may not have been our year this time, but we know this group is capable of even more next season 💙🤍

Isleworthians Youth vs Spelthorne Sports Youth ⚽️

Second-from-last game of the season and it was against our biggest rivals, Spelthorne Sports Youth — always guaranteed to be a great game and this one definitely didn’t disappoint 👏
From the first whistle, the message to the boys was simple: anything in or around the box, get a shot away. We started brightly and took the lead when a huge goal kick from Niko bounced over the opposition back line for Vinnie to calmly finish past the keeper 🔥

The team was playing much better than last week and showed some really positive passages of play throughout. After Spelthorne got themselves back into the game, the boys kept battling and never gave up.
At half time, the message was simple again — keep believing and keep shooting. The effort and determination from the whole squad was excellent right until the very end.

With just seconds left, we won a throw-in and everyone pushed forward. Vinnie launched a long throw into the box, Niko flicked it on brilliantly, and George finished superbly to spark huge celebrations from the team and parents on the sidelines 🙌

A brilliant example of the boys’ character, teamwork and resilience.

End of an era… and what a way to finish.

After nearly nine years coaching this group from U7s/U8s to U16s, this was a special one for myself and Rich. We’ve seen many of these boys grow from their first kick into the young men they are today.
The task was clear against Spelthorne: avoid defeat and secure second place.
Spelthorne went ahead on 33 minutes, but the response was instant. Isaac showed real quality to chip over the defender and finish calmly for 1–1.

Ben then powered home a header from a corner to give us the lead, before Spelthorne hit back twice early in the second half to make it 3–2 in what had become a proper end-to-end game.
With time running out, a late penalty was awarded after a challenge from behind. Malakai stepped up and showed great composure to slot home and level it at 3–3.

There were some heated moments at the end, which shows how much it meant, but the point was enough.
Second place secured. A brilliant achievement and a fitting way to finish. 🏆

Thank you to all the players and parents for your support over the years. It’s been a privilege to be part of this journey.

Walton & Hersham 1 – 11 IYFC U14 Whites

What a way to finish the season 👏⚽️

The first 10–15 minutes were a bit worrying with an early kick-off and the boys not quite awake yet. But once Asim opened the scoring, it lifted everyone and really set the tone for the rest of the game.
From there, the team were ruthless — strong, composed, and communicating brilliantly. Four more goals followed to give us a solid 5-0 lead at half time.

The second half saw the boys come out with the exact same attitude, going from strength to strength and adding even more goals. Walton had a chance from a free kick, but Eli pulled off a great save followed by three more from the rebounds — top keeping 💪 They did manage to grab one later that slipped through, but it didn’t take away from an outstanding performance.

The hunger, teamwork, and energy were there right until the final whistle, securing our biggest win of the season — 11-1 — and finishing 2nd in the league 🙌
