Back in the first gym I attended, in my hometown ,
Bent over row with Kettles, great semi-compound exercise for the back which also feels like cardio.
One of the simplest yet most effective exercise for the lower abs.
Fourth week into my return to the gym after 5 months of lockdown. Practicing my dips and chest press.
It’s not just exercise, it’s therapy.

After another month in lockdown with the gyms closed I managed to maintain all-round fitness levels with the following routine:
2 x runs per week 🏃🏻♂️
4 x bodyweight sessions per week 🤸♀️
1 or 2 cheat meals 🍕
NO Fad Diets, NO Vegan, NO Keto
…just eat healthy and eat everything in proportion
Missing my weighted decline crunches, you can’t get them at home 😄😄
