Hi everyone hope you are keeping safe and well. I am holding spin classes via Zoom. Of course not as great as personal classes but happy for anyone who has a bike at home to join me. If you would like to, please dm me and I will add you to my Whatsapp Spin Survival Group. Here I send the ID and Passcode to join at the time of the class. You will need to download the Zoom app. My sports insurance does not cover internet based classes so please be very careful to work at your own pace and listen to your body when working out from home. This is not only advice for my classes but also for any classes that you try out online.

As I do not have a Premium account as yet, the classes are in 2 sections. I will advise when we break to restart, this will be 30 mins into lesson. I will then send a second ID and Passcode for you to rejoin. As soon as back in session get back on bike and keep legs moving in active recovery - we will then finish session and cool down. If you want to leave after the first part then please make sure you cool down and stretch and drink plenty of water.

At the moment I am running 3 x 45 sessions a week. With love Tracey # #

If you are no longer to join gym classes there are many online free sessions, Strava, YouTube etc - make sure you add a workout out to your working from home day ❤️

As quoted in the UK Chief Medical Officers’ Physical Activity Guidelines from 2019:

“If physical activity were a drug, we would refer to it as a miracle cure, due to the great many illnesses it can prevent and help treat.”

Those same guidelines recommend that adults spend at least 2 and a half hours a week doing moderate intensity exercise. Hitting this benchmark reduces the likelihood of developing Type II Diabetes by 40%, heart disease by 35% and certain cancers by 20%. In fact, it opens the door to countless additional health benefits.

Stay safe everyone 😘

As an update classes are still running. I am monitoring all updates on Covid-19 and will take any necessary action accordingly. See you at your next class 😁❤️🚴‍♀️💪
