FiTHer Strength Workshop
Friday 3 July | 6:30pm – 8:30pm
Building Confidence With Weights
Designed specifically for women who are new to strength training or want to feel more confident using weights. This workshop is not intended for advanced lifters.
Whether you’ve never picked up a dumbbell before, feel unsure in the weights area, or simply want to improve your technique in a supportive environment, FiTHer is for you.
You’ll learn:
• How to warm up effectively
• Squat and lower body fundamentals
• Upper body pushing movements
• Strength training basics
• How to train with confidence
You’ll leave with:
• More confidence around weights
• Better technique and understanding
• Practical skills you can use immediately
• A goody bag
• A FREE taster session at Top To Toe Fitness
👥 Maximum 10 women
💷 £45 per person

KIDS STRENGTH & CONDITIONING STARTS NEXT WEEKEND
We’re excited to welcome our first group of young people to Top to Toe Kids at Macknade.
Designed for ages 10–16, these sessions will help build:
• Strength
• Confidence
• Fitness
• Coordination
• Healthy movement habits
All in a fun, supportive and encouraging environment.

6 Week Programme Starts

£60 for the 6-week programme
Plus, parents receive a FREE coffee from Macknade while the kids train.
