What im looking to do is to start some training sessions early morning around 7am-8am In Higham, so it is right on peoples doorsteps. The morning sessions wont be the only sessions I will be holding. To start this off, Im looking for information from anyone local to Higham and within the village who would like to exercise but only can do it around their jobs/ families or any other commitments. I w
ould like to start with morning sessions but if I get feedback of others wanting training sessions at mid-day and/or evenings i'll be happy to start up something. Also at the moment im going to hold them mon-fri but there is no harm in going into weekend sessions for those who can only make weekends. Im fully open to what you want and im flexible so you can attend these sessions! My aim is to get people up and ready for the day, so starting off with these morning sessions will be a great benefit to anyone who would like to join in before their day of work. Im going to base all my adult training sessions on the 6 human movement patterns. An example for a human movement pattern is bending down to pick something up (gardening) or just generally sitting down on a chair/ bench etc. Now everyone performs many tasks throughout the day without really knowing how your sitting down and how your posture is. This can be unhealthy for your body's posture, this can cause back pain, muscular strains, injuries, poor joint mobility and these all will lead to you paying out expensive amounts in the future to try and fix them. If you change your habits now well, it is definitely safe to say that you can prevent those highly priced costs in the future to fix the problem when you can target it now before its too late and save £s. What I can do is help you realise how important your posture is when you perform all those daily tasks. The benefits of this is good for you as you will be less tired through out the day, less muscular strains or general joint stiffness, you'll feel your energy will last longer throughout the day, general sleep will be better, and also in overall you'll feel so much more happier and relaxed. My training sessions will be fun and for everyone who wants to have a go. I have alot of ideas for exercises and different kinds of sessions to keep that variety so its not the same-old routine weekly. I want to help you be able to wake up and have a easier challenge through the day so you can perform better at daily tasks (work, sports, walking etc). Also my training sessions won't be expensive, just £5 per person per group session. Im also going to offer 1-2-1 Personal training sessions which won't be highly expensive either. The one-2-one sessions usually cost you around £40+ with a personal trainer, well Im looking at charging just £15+ per session depending on what you want from me to help your lifestyle. Also im currently creating packages so you can pay for personal training sessions 1-2-1 with me and potentially be able to attend unlimited group session to help benefit you. This will be priced at a weekly and monthly rate at a fixed price. Please note im undergoing these packages so any questions please ask. I also want to make sure these prices are good for everyone. I know that local gyms can be pricey and paying even more for individual sessions with a personal trainer on top of that can be expensive, so this could save you money and time as its very local to you.
