First time writing something like this in over a year now. Not the way I intended to start my first PGA tournament journey (Started on hole 5); but happy with the way I bounced back from being 5 over through 4 holes. A day that could have been but the conditions were exceptionally testing for everyone and I definitely felt the test.

Ryan, Matt and Anthony still managed to get it done 🎉 Very good golf in those condition.

Thank you to PGA in Kent Jude Read and Weald of Kent Golf & Hotel for hosting a great event. The team loved it and would like to see more events in the future. Hope to play another great tournament soon

Not the finish you hope for going into Regional Open qualifying but I have to say atleast I finished.

I had a fast start going -2 through 3 holes and then unfortunately had a few too many doubtful swings between holes 5 and 8 which meant I ended up +1 at the turn.

I played the type of golf that would have qualified, which I need to be proud of but couldn't make a putt. A double bogey down the last by ending up in the fairway bunker lip, then spinning it off the green was a painful end to the tournament.

Except for holes 6 and 18, I played golf I should be proud of considering I'm only 4.5 weeks post operation on my leg. Hopefully I can play the rest of the season out and get a result.

Feels like starting again 🤢 legs getting better but fatigue is still high after only 50 balls.

Happy to be swinging again though after what's been a rough recovery. Just in time for Regional Open Qualifying at Rochester and Cobham on the 22nd. Let's see if I can walk 18 holes in 12 days time 😂

📈 Trending and sticking to the process.

Some big mistakes and a very slow finish made me miss the cut this week but there was a lot of good out weighing the bad. The bad was punishing unfortunately this week but we will bounce back.

Need to work on those tee shots 😂
